2. What length will my item be?
The length is measured from the loop to the end of the weaved necklace or anklet. Look at the closure options for more information and length options.
3. What types of closures do you use?
At the moment, I offer 3 closures.
1. Loose ends---This refers to loose strands of hemp leftover at the end of the weaved piece. I leave 10 inches or more at the end. This is good if you like to tie it off and leave it on.
2. Bead and loop---This refers to a loop at one end and a bead at the end of the weaved piece. It is not adjustable SO you have to be sure of the length. Once it is beaded off, no length can be added. Good for those who are certain of their length, don't like alot of leftover hemp, and like the option of taking the necklace on and off.
3. Include a bead for me----With this option, I leave the ends loose--between 8 and 10 inches and supply you with a bead that way you have the options of tieing off the bead where you want, or not using the bead at all and just tieing the loose ends off. This is the best option if you are unsure of the length but still want and bead and loop closure.
4. How will my item be packaged???
I use recycled packaging materials as much as possible. We reuse envelopes, boxes, newspapers, bubblewrap; whatever we can get our hands on. This helps us protect and preserve our Mother Earth.
5. How will my item be mailed?
I use the United States Post Office First Class mail. If paid through , it comes with delivery confirmation. I do not use insurance unless it is specificly indicated by you. I have found in the past that most people are not interested in paying for these extra costs. I will gladly do so if you wish. Priority mail or express mail is also available at your request for an added fee.
International orders are welcomed.
I will ship anywhere you are. Our shopping cart only supports shipping to USA, Canada, and Mexico. Email me with your order and I will invoice you through PayPal.com
6. When will my item be shipped?
Most of the pieces are custom orders---unless ordering from the "One of a Kind" and "Ready to Ship" section. Items are not made until payment is received. Items ship 1 day to 5 days after receipt of payment. If it is going to take longer, I will notify you. Larger orders may take longer.
7. Do you accept wholesale orders?
I do except wholesale orders if I am not inundated with orders at the time. Email me if you want to talk about it.
8. Do you do consignment orders with businesses?
Email me about the possibility if interested. It may be an option.
9. What kind of hemp do you use?
I am very particular about the hemp I use. I only use American Hemp Mercantile hemp cord and twine. Most of the items are made with hemp twine. If it is weaved with hemp cord, then I will indicate it in the description.
10. Do you take custom orders???
Yes we absolutely take custom orders. It is almost impossible to offer every thickness, color combo, weave of necklace on this site.
