We except several forms of payment.

 First----CREDIT CARD PROCESSING THROUGH OUR SITE.   Yes    Yes  Yes you can pay with a credit card on our site WITHOUT having a PayPal account.  This seems to be confusing everyone.  Go through the whole order checkout process UNTIL you get to the screen that asked you to log into your PayPal account.  Now, look to the left of that screen and you will see a link to pay with your credit card WITHOUT a PayPal account.  Just email with any questions or problems.

Second--- you can  pay with cash.  Just hid it wrapped in paper or something.

Third----you can send a personal check.Please make it out to me personally--Sherri Cannon.  Just print out an invoice and mail it in or write it down on a sheet of paper.  Dont forget lenght, closure, and address :)--it happens

Fourth--money order is cool too.  Again make out to Sherri Cannon

Fifth--I also except RME.  My account email is  snew2930@hotmail.com.  You can go there directly and pay or email me and I will send you an invoice.


Returns

Sherri's Hemp Designs will except returns of merchandise  within 14 days of receipt of item LESS shipping costs.    Item must be unworn and in new, undamaged condition.    When returning, please include the original sales receipt and the reason for the return, along with your name and address.  You can also email me and let me know whats up. 

     Exchanges are always possible.    If you wish to exchange due to an error on your part ( too thick for you, you guessed the wrong size, etc. ), write down on the invoice what  you want to exchange for--different style, new lengthm thickness, closure, beads, etc.  I will work out a cost.    If it is the same piece then there probably won't be any extra cost--just an even trade.    If it is a different piece or a significant difference in length, it will work like a refund and rebuy.    If there is added cost, I will email you with the price  and you could put the difference in the box with the return or I can do a PayPal invoice for you.   There will be NO refunds or exchanges on NAME pieces unless it is gross error on my part.    There will be a reweaving cost for pieces that are custom made in size ---- significant shorter or longer then usual--- that are beaded off.    When a piece is beaded off, it is usually not possible to salvage the hemp and odd size pieces are difficult to resell---especially beaded off.    Whatever the reason for the return, we will work something out.  Let me know.  Your satisfaction is whats important.
